Welder: Sharon, Wisconsin
Our customer in Sharon, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Welders to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Welder, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality fabrication, following safety protocols, and maintaining an efficient workflow in the welding process.
Responsibilities of the Welder:
- Use various tools, equipment, and machines to fabricate metals as part of the manufacturing process.
- Gather required tools and materials based on job instructions and work order specifications.
- Properly position metal in machines and secure it prior to fabrication.
- Measure, cut, and fabricate metal materials according to blueprints, directions, and specifications.
- Maintain, organize, and clean equipment, parts, and the work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure fabrication aligns with project requirements and deadlines.
Welder Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in welding fabrication and proficiency in using various welding tools.
- Basic understanding of design techniques, principles, and tools for creating technical plans, drawings, models, and blueprints.
- Ability to work under general supervision with guidance and direction from team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of mathematics, including measurements and calculations, for precise fabrication work.
Pay for Welder: Starting at $23/hour.
