Plastic Assembler: Hebron, Illinois

Our customer in Hebron, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Plastic Assemblers to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Plastic Assembler, you will assemble shutters, ensure quality, and perform tasks like cutting, stapling, and stocking materials while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities of the Plastic Assembler:

Check orders from special instructions
Stock assembly workstation with needed materials
Check the quality of pre-fitted rails and tops
Insert louvers and center, assemble bottom to complete shutters using air or electric stapler
Cut panels to exact size using radial arm saw
Insert panels along with tops, centers, and bottoms, stapling them into place
Inspect finished shutters for flaws and make corrections if needed

Plastic Assembler Requirements and Qualifications:

Able to read tape measurements and interpret work orders
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Willing to cross-train in any other job duties required

Pay for Plastic Assembler: Starting at $15.20/hour.
