Production/Cutting Operator: Prescott, Wisconsin

Our customer in Prescott, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production/Cutting Operators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Production/Cutting Operator, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, operating the table saw, and performing cutting tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities of the Production/Cutting Operator:

Interpret and follow architectural plans and specifications for production tasks.
Operate table saws and other cutting machinery to meet production requirements.
Ensure precise cuts and measurements to maintain product quality.
Work independently to complete tasks within set timelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Production/Cutting Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and architectural plans.
Proficient in operating a table saw and other cutting tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and precision in cutting tasks.
Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Pay for Production/Cutting Operator: Starting at $19.50/hour.
