Licensed Customer Service Representative: West Bend, WI
Our customer in West Bend, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Licensed Customer Service Representatives to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and resolving issues related to insurance policies, coverage, and claims.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Customer Service Representative:
- Answering phones
- Assisting clients with claims documentation and follow-up
- Ensuring accurate and timely updates to client records
- Supporting the sales team via policy coverage recommendations
- Maintaining knowledge of current industry requirements
- Providing solutions to potential issues or discrepancies
- Educating clients about their insurance policies, coverage options, and risk management strategies
Licensed Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License required
- Prior customer service experience, insurance industry preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively multi-task would be a benefit in this role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy required
- Time management skills.
Pay for Licensed Customer Service Representative: $20/hour.
Licensed Customer Service Representative Benefits:
