Front Desk Receptionist: Rock Falls, Illinois

Our customer in Rock Falls, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as a Front Desk Receptionist who can contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities of the Front Desk Receptionist:

Checking in/out guests
Excellent phone Customer Service
Handle customer payments
Process insurance if needed
Provide additional office support as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Great customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Time management skills
Customer service experience required

Pay: $15.50-$16.50/hour.
