Packaging Associate – Temporary: Juda, WI

Our customer in Juda, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their growing team. As a Packaging Associate on 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for packaging and inspecting food, as well as sanitizing the working area to ensure products are meeting top quality standards. This is a temporary opportunity with potential for hire on.

Responsibilities of the Packaging Associate:

Perform basic operation of assigned packaging equipment machine(s) and related computer systems.
Accountable to ensure finished products meet quality and safety standards.
Ensure continuous flow of product and monitor for proper positioning, spacing, sealing, and correct codes/labels.
Perform visual inspection for any defects and rework or discard defective products based on procedures.
Setup, calibrate, and perform minor maintenance to the packaging equipment.
Complete required paperwork, logs, and computer systems for inventory accuracy.
Operate, inspect and maintain forklifts

Packaging Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

1-year of experience in manufacturing and/or packaging required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to follow instructions/policies/procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.

Pay for Packaging Associate: Starting at $21.25/hour.
